Měření spokojenosti obyvatel s kulturním životem města Opavy

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with satisfaction measurement with cultural life in Opava amongst residents. The primary aim of this thesis is find out the level of satisfaction of citizens from Opava with cultural life, with selected cultural institutions and with offered cultural programs. The secondary aim is to propose appropriate measures which will be based on the findings. Market research was used through the public inquiry. The collected data is analysed to discover to what extent people are satisfied with culture in Opava. This analysis is performed through programs SPSS and MS Excel. Based on the identified deficiencies are suggested recommendations that should improve cultural level of satisfaction.
