Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the waste excavation soil. The introduction describes the origins of the waste excavation soil, its classification in the waste management and why it is advantageous to treat it differently from the other waste. The next part describes the legislative development in the waste soil management and outlines a possible future progress. The last part lists the legal ways of managing excavation waste soil. The individual ways are shown with real examples. To better illustrate the matter, statistical data are displayed and the most frequent mistakes of waste originators are addressed.
