Abstract
This Bachelor’s work is analysis of suppliers of a manufacturing company PWO UNITOOLS CZ a. s. The theoretical part of the work focuses on purchases, suppliers and individual methods for the selection and evaluation of suppliers. The applied part of the work describes purchasing processes within the company, process of selecting of the suppliers and evaluating indicators used when assessing suppliers. The final part of the work presents an example of supplier selection process for a specific commission.
