The subject of this thesis is to elaborate an urban solution of the development area ÚRZ 6 in Ostrava - Hošťálkovice. This locality builds on the developable area ÚS 24, which this thesis deals with too. For this purpose, an analysis of the current state of the area was made. Based on this analysis two different solutions are elaborated, while one of them is processed in detail.
The result of this thesis is the suggestion of an urban study of the location ÚRZ 6 including urban design, solving technical infrastructure and transport solutions. An indicative economic calculation of costs is also part of this thesis.
