Podpora energetické účinnosti na příkladu modelového projektového záměru snižování energetické náročnosti veřejné budovy v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with subsidy and project management in the field of energy savings of public buildings in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part defines the legislative and institutional framework of energy efficiency in the Czech Republic and analyzes the available strategic and financial support instruments, in particular the Operational Programme Environment. The practical part focuses on the technical and economic assessment of a model project of a public building. The effectiveness of the proposed measures was assessed by analyzing the documentation and evaluating economic indicators, such as investment costs (CAPEX), net present value (NPV) and internal rate of return (IRR). The thesis also includes a SWOT analysis identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the subsidy process. The results of the study confirm that the combination of technical modernization and subsidy support leads to a significant reduction in operating costs (OPEX) and the emission footprint of the building, but requires precise administrative preparation and risk management.
