Brownfieldy v urbanizovaném území

Abstract

The thesis deals with one of the many possible tools of the management decision-making investment construction process on brownfield sites, in which case such a tool has undoubtedly a substantial and thus significant influence – impact on the resultant state of the decision-making process within the entire management decision-making investment construction plan. To be able to assess adequately the significant influence – impact of the given tool (or other conditionally related circumstances) of the management decision-making investment construction process, it was necessary to make an elementary analysis of the signs – factors of such overall decision-making investment construction plan. For this reason, six different investment construction plans on brownfield sites in the given region have been illustrated, when the nature and, therefore, a common sign of such construction process is the fact that such land has already been built-up but currently is not used and such a site is also often a source of socially unacceptable conventions that have negative effect on the events occurring in the given area. The thesis is thus focused on six different types of construction investment plans on brownfield sites in the given region, defined in the technological division within the individual constructions of the construction investment plan in question, while these construction investment plans and their typology (in particular their nature, purpose and all-society meaning) do newly serve different social functions in the given region. A comparative analysis is thus demonstrated and assessed (on the basis of the elementary analysis) with the objective to determine the individual factors that can be not only analyzed but mainly defined as a theoretical basis for the decision-making processes of the overall investment construction process. Based on the defined investment construction plans, as well as on the typologically determined main activities of the technological construction production: [5], [8], a financial analysis of cost demands of the individual activities up to the level of unit prices – costs [2] was made, namely elementarily and individually for each specific investment construction plan. Subsequently, a comparison was made and the identified data was processed. Theoretical assessment of the data files was made on the basis of mathematical statistics (mathematical probability): [1], [4], [12], [17], [19], [22] – on the pre-defined conditions. The final part of the thesis is a summary of the results that the author of this thesis has processed, assessed and determined in his research and findings as a theoretical basis for the decision-making processes of the overall investment construction process and also in the building practice analogically applicable procedures (back-up data) for the next follow-up step (steps) of the overall management decision-making investment construction plan.
