Zavedení víceúrovňových procesních auditů v montážním podniku.

Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je: Zavedení víceúrovňových procesních auditů v montážním podniku. Cílem této práce je návrh procesu realizace víceúrovňových procesních auditů, pilotní ověření návrhu v praktických podmínkách montážního podniku myonic s.r.o. a jeho následné vyhodnocení. První část je zaměřena na SMK a audity obecně. Dále popisuje teoretická východiska problematiky víceúrovňových procesních auditů, jednotlivé body implementace, vyhodnocení a jejich zlepšování. Druhá část je věnována popisu společnosti myonic s.r.o. a důvodům pro zavedení víceúrovňových procesních auditů. V této části je popsán projekt implementace LPA, realizace jednotlivých bodů projektu, vyhodnocení projektu a doporučení pro zlepšení.

The theme of this thesis is: Implementation of the Layered Process Audits in the Assembly Company. The aim of this thesis is to design the process of implementation of Layered Process Audits, pilot verification of the design in the practical conditions of the assembly company myonic s. r. o. and its subsequent evaluation. The first part is focused on SMK and audits in general. It also describes the theoretical basis of the issue of Layered Process Audits, individual points of implementation, evaluation and their improvement. The second part is devoted to the description of the company myonic s. r. o. and the reasons for introducing Layered process audits. This section describes the LPA implementation project, the implementation of individual project points, project evaluation and recommendations for improvement.
