Cílem této práce je zjistit, jak se v konkrétní společnosti postupuje při řešení pracovních úrazů. Úvodní část práce seznamuje s tématem pracovních úrazů a jejich obecným řešením. Druhá kapitola se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů z oblasti pracovního práva. Obsahuje charakteristiku pracovních úrazů, odpovědnost zaměstnavatele za škodu při pracovních úrazech a bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci. Třetí část práce řeší konkrétní úrazy ve stavebním podniku. Jsou použity statistiky pracovních úrazů, které se ve firmě staly během určitého období. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje postup při odškodňování pracovních úrazů v konkrétní společnosti. V této části jsou popsány příklady pracovních úrazů a způsob jejich odškodnění. Závěr práce sumarizuje počet pracovních úrazů v této konkrétní společnosti; jejich počet je 12, což může být považováno za nízké číslo a signalizuje, že firma dbá o zdraví svých zaměstnanců všemi možnými prostředky.

The aim of this thesis is to find out how the concrete company deals with industrial injury. Introduction part involves this topic and its general solution. The second chapter focuses on determination of the basic terms of employment law. It contains characteristic of industrial injuries, responsibility of the employer for possible damage and safety and protection of health. The third part of the thesis solves concrete injuries in building company. There are statistics of injuries happened within particular time period used. The fourth chapter describes the process during compensation of those injuries. This part also includes the examples of industrial injuries and their compensation. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the number of injuries in this concrete company; their number achieves 12 which can signalize that this company takes care of employees’ health by all accessible means.
