Měření biosignálů s audiovizuálním výstupem

Abstract

The aim of this bachleor thesis was to create an audiovisual output for selected biosignals. In the hardware part, preprocessing, two EMG, PPG and ECG biosignals were implemented to adjust the voltage level and filter out unwanted frequencies in order to process these biosignals further. The audio output was created in two forms, which can be freely changed using switches. The first variant produces an acoustic signal using voltage controlled oscillators whose pitch is adjusted using passive components. The second option uses the ESP32 microprocessor, whose analogue inputs are fed with biosignal preprocessing outputs. In the first step, calibration and creation of the condition for triggering sound from the SD card takes place. All this preprocessing, together with the buttons and wiring to connect the subject to the board. is stored in a NANUK case. Power is provided by a powerbank inside the case. In the lid of the case there is a built in LCD display, which can be used to display the currently measured signal via the arduino application. At the end of this work, the functionality has been verified using measurements on the subjects. The produced case will serve as a representative material of the field of Biomedical Engineering and will also be used for teaching purposes of VŠB - Technical University Ostrava.
