Abstract

The subject of the thesis is "Evaluation of citizens satisfaction of selected town with waste management services" The first part is devoted to the presentation of Chodov town and a company that provides waste management services for this town. This section is concluded with theoretical definition of marketing research. The second part is a practical one and focuses on the analysis of the conducted marketing research that has been done by querying in the form of a paper questionnaire. In conclusion, there are presented proposals and recommendations that could be useful for improving the quality of services provided.
