Abstract

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to suggest and create a model for measuring of pulse oximetry. It’s a case of very used diagnostic method when the saturation of blood by oxygen is chased up with a spectrophotometric method. The thesis is divided into several parts where basic types of biological signals up to making a model of pulse oxymeter are gradually solved. The wiring consists of two sections. In the first analog one, captured signal grows stronger and filters undesirable frequency. Steering of switching LED diodes situated in a probe, conversion of analog signal to digital one and regulation of shine intensity in digital part.
