Abstract

This Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of satisfaction of employees in the chosen company of state organization. The aim of the thesis was to create a questionnairre, to carry out the market research of the employee´s satisfaction. and also to gain important information and evaluate data. On the basis of those gained data I made the analysis of satisfaction of employees. At the end of the thesis all infomation and answers were evaluated together with recommendations and suggestions how to improve the employee´s satisfaction.
