Analýza spánkové deprivace

Abstract

This thesis deals with the lack of sleep, sleep disorders and investigation methods for their diagnostics. The aim of this thesis was develop an algorithm for measuring and evaluating mental performance and alertness of tested person. Created program consists of six tasks that test memory, reaction time, movement coordination and level of sleepiness using the Epworth sleepiness scale. Sixty measurements were carried out by this program. These data were statistically processed and identified values characteristic of a select group of healthy people aged 21 to 28 years. Program was developed in Visual C# 2008 Expres Edition and measured data are stored in MS Access database. For statistical data processing was used Statgraphics Plus 5.0 software.
