Abstract

This bachelor labour is about the terrestrial ecotoxicity tests. Ecotoxicity tests, commonly, are very important practical appliance allowing us an active monitoring of environment. Tests include methods of chemical analysis and bioindication of effects on living organisms, which results are leading to build up protective precautions and prevention of pollution of environment by dangerous chemicals, waste and other substances. Contact or terrestrial tests of ecotoxicity use the soil as a basic medium, in which proceeding biochemical procedures tell us, what the fate of tested substances in nature is and this can be used to evaluate their dangerous characteristics. Based on this understandings it’s possible to avoid ecosystem pollution by these dangerous substances.
