Abstract

Finanční nástroj Jessica a jeho vyžití v České republice Karin Weissová Cílem nástrojů finančního inženýrství je podporovat harmonický a vyvážený rozvoj Společenství prostřednictvím půjček, záruk, kapitálu a dalších mechanismů k řízení rizik. Bakalářská práce se zabývá realizací finančního nástroje JESSICA v České republice. Cílem práce je podat ucelený pohled na využití finančního nástroje JESSICA a jeho realizaci v České republice se zaměřením na region soudržnosti Moravskoslezsko. Práce se dále věnuje regionální politice a jejím jednotlivým nástrojům. Dle dostupných informací Česká republika poukazuje na potřebu regenerace urbanizovaných území. Zejména kvůli stále se zvyšujícím požadavků na kvalitu socioekonomického zázemí evropských měst.

Financial instrument Jessica and Its Using in the Czech Republic Karin Weissová The goal of the financial engineering instruments is to support the harmonious and well- balanced development of the Community by using loans, guarantee, equity and other mechanisms for a risk management. This bachelor thesis deals with the implementation of financial instrument JESSICA in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this thesis is to provide comprehensive view on use of the financial instrument JESSICA and its implementation in the Czech Republic with focus on the Moravia Silesia Cohesion Region. This thesis also defines regional policy and its instruments. According to available information the Czech Republic highlights the need for regeneration of urban areas. Mainly due to the increasing demands on the quality of socio-economic background of European cities.
