Strategický záměr neziskové organizace

Abstract

The thesis entitled Strategic Purpose of Non-Profit Organozation was prepared at the Department of Systems Engineering Faculty of Economics, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava.

The aim of this thesis is to prepare a strategic plan for non-profit organization. Because ESC VŠB-TUO is an organization consists of students of university, who are often engaged in running non-profit organization for the first time, it is necessary to define strategic goals

In the theoretical part of the thesis will be process information regarding to non-profit organizations started with history of the way of establishing finished with the typology of various aspects of non-profit organizations.

Using analytical tools will be analyzed strengths and weaknesses of the organization, along with its opportunities and threats. Base nod the results of this analysis and following synthesis strategic goals will be se to this organization.

Proposed solution will be provided by suggestions to improve the organization, considering the function of their processes.
