Abstract

The bachelor thesis examines impact of collective bargaining on economy of a particular company; in this case, Sokolovská uhelná, právní nástupce, a.s. The research part of the thesis deals with introduction of the company as well as the concepts of collective bargaining , financial analysis and wage evaluation. The practical part of the thesis deals with evaluation of the economic status of the company in terms of profitability, liquidity, indebtedness and work productivity. On this account, situations that can occur during collective bargaining are modelled.
