Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the motivation of employees in the company Ridera Bohemia PLC. Because of a very broad topic, there were selected the specific stimulus - employee remuneration system and job description. The aim of this work is to design more efficient application employee remuneration system and job description of Ridera Bohemia PLC. The thesis is divided into several chapters and explains the gist of motivation and stimulation. Then it focuses on specific motivational theories, which were selected on the basis of the objectives of the work. This part is followed by focusing on specific stimuli – the employees remuneration system, job description and related necessities. The next chapter presents information about Rider Bohemia PLC. In the following section there are selected stimuli presented and compared with theories mentioned in the theoretical part. The next chapter deals with the analysis of selected issues. At first the questionnaire is described, ,it is followed by a description of information gathering, then analysis and data evaluation survey and finally solution design. In conclusion, the whole work is evaluated.
