Abstract

This thesis deals with rainwater, runoff, infiltration into ground water. A major downside of urban areas is it, that with the progress of new constructions at the same time is less areas where the water might spontaneously infiltrate to the ground.. Rainfall drains rapidly and the subsurface water level drops down in the area. Therefore, there is strong pressure to reduce or prevent rainwater runoff from the newly constructed buildings.
