Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with risks connected with transactions in the real estate market and possibilities of its legal solutions. The thesis characterizes the real estate market in the Czech Republic and it also describes basic terms such as real estate, property laws, land register and others. The thesis also deals with risks which can arise in the real estate market. Finally, it describes contracts concluded in the field of real estate business. These contracts solve particular appointments to avoid any risks.
