Korupce jako prostředek lobbingu

Abstract

This thesis compare the continuity of lobbying and corruption. Defines terms and describes the techniques and procedures associated with both processes. The first part is setting the objectives. Next I deal with the definition and content of the various concepts (lobbying, corruption) and their associations. In the next section is devoted to the regulation of lobbying and specific legal rules of lobbing in the United States, European Union and the Czech Republic. The third part of this thesis is a part of journalism. There are some samples of journalistic genres, which refer to solved problems.
