Využití BIM modelu v oblasti odhadu ceny

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá využitím Building Information Modeling (BIM) při tvorbě výkazů výměr pro rozpočet stavby. Využívá přitom program Archicad, který umožňuje tvorbu 3D modelů staveb a jejich propojení s daty o prvcích a materiálech, čímž usnadňuje celý proces výpočtu nákladů na stavbu. V rámci práce byl vytvořen vzorový rodinný dům s jedním podlažím a podkrovím, který byl důkladně zanalyzován a zpracován do podoby, která umožňuje snadné a přesné vytvoření výkazů výměr. Klíčovým bodem práce bylo vytvoření specifického označení prvků v programu Archicad, které umožňuje jednoznačnou identifikaci prvků v rámci projektu a jejich snadnou správu a aktualizaci. Výsledkem této práce je šablona pro tvorbu výkazů výměr v programu Archicad, která umožňuje efektivní a přesnou tvorbu rozpočtu pro stavby. Šablona je přizpůsobitelná pro různé typy staveb a je vhodná pro využití drobnými stavebními podnikateli tak i pro položkový rozpočet stavby.

This thesis deals with the utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) in creating quantity takeoffs for construction budgets. It uses the program Archicad, which allows for the creation of 3D models of buildings and their connection with data on elements and materials, making the entire process of calculating construction costs easier. As part of the work, a sample family house with one floor and a loft was created, which was thoroughly analyzed and processed to enable easy and accurate creation of quantity takeoffs. A key point of the thesis was the creation of specific element labeling in Archicad, which allows for the unique identification of elements within the project and their easy management and updating. The result of this work is a template for creating quantity takeoffs in Archicad, which enables efficient and accurate budgeting for construction projects. The template is adaptable for different types of buildings and is suitable for use by small construction companies as well as for itemized construction budgets.
