Abstract

The bachelor thesis „Promotion of specific company's services“ intents on the promotional mix of company which offers accommodation services. The objective of this thesis is the appreciation of the present marketing mix of BEČVA VILLA RESORT and proposing a motion of the new one. The whole thesis is focused on the general schema_dspacedb. A questionnaire investigation was used for the appreciation.
In the first part the services and their characteristics are described, also terms promotion and marketing communication are discoverd. The second part intents on promotion of specific company´s services – BEČVA VILLA RESORT. In this part the present sort of the company´s promotion is characterized and the questions for the questionnaire are created. The results of investigation are also in this part. In the third part the results of investigation and the present sort of the company´s marketing mix are evaluated. For more effective promotion the new solution – the new promotional mix, was suggested. This may help company in better visibility and higher customer´s visit rate.
