Abstract

Service nad position of state administration requests that legal regulation of any organization or activity of public administration be secured by legal realization of their goals and tasks. Execution of public administration is bound by laws and ensured by their fulfilment. To secure the attainment of goals and tasks in public administration by the way serves control over public administration. The correct structure of control system is guaranty of legality for any execution of public administration and its effective, economical and efficient performance. Thís work is focused on questions of cotrol system in selected fields of state administration. The control system is analysed as well including assertion of financial control in the field of employment state administration.
