Screeningové metody detekce vybraných chemických látek v pracovním ovzduší

Abstract

Issue of this bachelor thesis is screening measurement of selected chemicals in workplace atmosphere. The first part summarizes theoretical knowledge in the field of chemicals detection. Furthermore general descriptions of chemical substances as well as their effects on the organism and legislative requirements for health protection at work are described in this section. This part also describes different approaches, which are used for detection of chemicals. Second section of this section begins with detail description of selected chemical substances, which are phosgene and toluene. Hereafter, technological process of production, description of workplace, where measurements undertaken and equipments that were used for measurement are described in the second section of the work. In the end of the work are results presented and their evaluation and comparison with limit values is undertaken
