Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to analysis of investment project´s efficiency and financing of the investment project. In the theoretical part of the thesis will focus on the phases of investment decision and the description of methods of evaluating the effectiveness of investments. The work also discusses factors affecting investment and weighted average cost of capital. The practical part of the thesis applies theoretical knowledge to real investment projects and to provide specific investment advice.
