Abstract
The subject of master’s thesis is „Designing Suitable Social Network as an Effective Tool for Sourcing of Passive Candidates“. The goal of this master’s thesis is to compile suggestions and recommendations for external personal marketing in the area of the recruitment using social networks. The intent was to find an effective tool for sourcing of the requested candidates for a work place, that is currently being staffed by the personal agency Randstad s. r. o. The combination of two social networks was selected. In the individual chapters were defined theoretical terms about given issue, characterization, service portfolio and the mezoenvironment of the company. The fourth chapter contains the methology of data gathering. After the evaluations of the research results the recommendations were suggested. The research took place on social networks LinkedIn, Facebook and Google+ via hidden observation.
