Zhodnocení flexibilního pracovního aranžmá a jeho vliv na spokojenost a produktivitu zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of flexible working arrangements and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity in a selected organization. The aim of the thesis was to assess how employees perceive the current setting of the flexible working regime and how this regime affects their job satisfaction and perceived productivity. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic concepts related to work flexibility, its types, benefits, risks, and legal and social aspects. For the practical part, a quantitative approach was chosen, carried out through a questionnaire survey among employees of the selected company. The results showed that flexible working arrangements are perceived mostly positively by employees. Respondents particularly appreciate the possibility of individually arranging their working time, a certain degree of autonomy, and the opportunity to work remotely. These factors contribute to employee satisfaction and also have a positive impact on their perceived productivity. Based on the obtained results, recommendations were proposed to improve the current setting of the flexible working regime in the selected organization.
