Abstract

The goal of the diploma work was to work the process of recruitment and selection of the employees in CS Cabot Company, Inc. The diploma work is consisted of theoretical and practical parts. This theoretical part is aimed to description problems acquire and selection the employees. The practical part starts with a company characteristic and futher is conatins analysis process of recruitment and selection of the employees. The concluding part of the Thesis presents a few suitable suggestions and recommendations that should help improve the currently used process of acquisition and selection of employees.
