The thesis summarizes the possibilities of use technical monunets Petr Bezruc former mine, a heap Ema and its surrounding for leisure time and tourism. This thesis deals with the practical procedure of preparation fictitious project uses the three technical monuments Bezruc former mine, the possibility of obtaining funds to implement the project in the Czech Republic and EU level and selecting grant program funding the project. The contribution of this thesis lies in the practical training fictitious project and work project manager.
