Abstract
The aim and content of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of a part of the construction project documentation in the level of documentation for the construction, including the technical report. It also includes a thermal assessment of the individual perimeter structures, the energy label of the building envelope and a static assessment of the wooden roof beam of the gym.
