Zhodnocení současného stavu protipovodňové ochrany obce Šenov

Abstract

This bachelor thesis addresses the issue of protection against floods in terms of possible technical measures for reduction of flood aftermath. The theoretical part presents the different trends in flood control measures that can be found in the Czech Republic. Evaluation of the flood protection and proposal of its possible solutions in the Senov area and its concrete critical sections is covered in the practical part. The practical part also consists of design documentation and researches into watercourses and objects to be found in them.
