Abstract
The target of thesis is mapping internal and external surroundings of company, delimit main factor and draft recommendations for company. The PEST analysis were used to map external surroundings, the financial analysis to determinated strengths and weaknesses of the internal surroundings and SWOT analysis to evaluate the overall conditions of the company. Results of this thesis is to highlight the most important factor affecting of the business. Then follow draf recommendations that respond to important factors.
