Faktory hospodaření příspěvkových organizací města v oblasti školství

Abstract

The title of thesis is The Factors of Economy of Contributory Organizations of Town in the Field of Education. The objective of thesis is finding which factors most affect economy of elementary schools which are established by municipality or town. It deals with factors which are quantified per pupil. Hypothesis : „ Costs and revenues of elementary schools per pupil are comparable“ was not confirmed. Factors of elementary school economy per pupil are different. First the thesis deals with theoretical analysis of nonprofit organizations not to say contributory organizations which are estalished by Local Administrative Units. Another important point of this chapter is targetting on financial economy of contributory organization including fund economy. In a final part of this chapter are adduced financial aspects of contributory organization in the field of education since the thesis is aimed just at these organizations. The beginning of another chapter is dedicated to financial sourses of schools, particularly to financing by organizer. First it will be Elementary school in Mlýnská street then Elementary school Vodní. The analysis of economy in 2009 – 2011 was accomplished in both schools. The analysis of economy will be accomplished in the field of costs, revenues and income from operations, fund economy and received grants. The evaluation of economy of elementary schools, comparison of costs, revenues, income from operation in singles particular years in given period will be accomplished in Chapter fourth.
