Implementace modulu Plant maintenance systému SAP do struktury údržby ve společnosti Bekaert Bohumín s.r.o.

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce popisuje implementaci modulu Plant maintenance společnosti SAP do procesu údržby ve společnosti Bekaert Bohumín s.r.o. Úvodní část popisuje použití informačních systémů v řízení společností a jednoho jejich výrobce, společnost SAP. V navazující části jsou popsány způsoby a nástroje používané při implementaci informačních systémů. Čtvrtá kapitola popisuje cíle, strategie a informační technologie používané při řízení údržby průmyslového podniku. Po představení společnosti Bekaert se pak práce zaměřuje na stav před implementací modulu, její samotný průběh a stav po ní včetně vyhodnocení přínosů pro firmu.

This thesis describes implementation of the SAP module Plant maintenance to the process of maintenance in the company Bekaert Bohumin s.r.o. The introductory part specifies usage of the information system for the ruling of modern companies and one of their producers SAP Company. Next chapter describes methods and tools used in implementation of information systems. The fourth part specifies targets, strategies and information technologies used in the maintenance management of an industrial firm. After the presentation of the company Bekaert this thesis focuses on the status before its implementation, on to the implementation itself and the status after including of evaluation regarding the company´s benefits.
