Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je zpracování finanční analýzy společnosti Trakce Real s.r.o., a následné porovnání výsledků této firmy s jejími nejbližšími konkurenty v daném oboru. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní význam a účely benchmarkingu, dále je podrobně popsána samotná finanční analýza. V analytické části práce je nejdříve na základě finanční analýzy popsána a zhodnocena výkonnost společnosti Trakce Real s.r.o. Následně je provedeno mezipodnikové srovnání, neboli tzv. benchmarking. Poslední část práce obsahuje zpracované výsledky mezipodnikového srovnání za jednotlivé oblasti finanční analýzy. Součástí této kapitoly je také zhodnocení výsledků, kterých dosáhla hlavní zkoumaná společnost Trakce Real s.r.o. U ukazatelů, které nedosahovaly příznivých hodnot, byly firmě navrženy možnosti, pomocí kterých by mohlo dojít ke zlepšení finanční situace.

The aim of this diploma work is to conduct a financial analysis of Trakce Real s.r.o. and to compare its performance with competitors in the field. The theoretical part is devoted to the methodology and can be divided into two sections, where the first one begins with the explanation of benchmarking and the second one deals with the description of the financial analysis. The analytical chapter focuses primarily on the company’s performance, which was evaluated and described by the financial analysis. Afterwards, the study examines inter-company comparison using the theory of benchmarking. The concluding chapter discusses and evaluates the results of benchmarking for single areas of financial analysis. Additionally, where weaknesses were recognized, a number of alternatives were recommended to improve the company’s financial situation.
