Analýza úrovně a dostupnosti informačních center v regionu

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaká je úroveň a dostupnost turistických informačních center. K analýze jsem si vybrala tři informační centra a to ve městech Mohelnice, Uničov a Zábřeh. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to z teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se skládá ze dvou částí, a to z kapitoly, kde jsou vymezeny pojmy týkající se této problematiky a kapitoly, která vymezuje charakteristiku prostředí každého informačního centra zvlášť. V praktické části jsem strukturovala metodiku práce, ve které jsem popsala přípravnou a realizační fázi výzkum, poté následuje analýza úrovně, dostupnosti a služeb jednotlivých informačních center a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Pomocí metody pozorování a anketního dotazování jsem dosáhla potřebných informací, potřebných k provedení analýzy. Průzkum byl proveden ve čtyřech fázích, které jsou podrobněji popsány v mé bakalářské práci. Výsledky výzkumu, jsem vyhodnotila a graficky znázornila pomocí grafů a pozičních map. V poslední kapitole jsou uvedeny výsledky, návrhy a doporučení, které jsem vypracovala na základě svých dosavadních odborných znalostí a subjektivních názorů, které by měli přispět ke zlepšení úrovně kvality všech tří informačních center.

The aim of this thesis was to find out what the level and availability of tourist information centres are like. For the analysis I have chosen three information centres in the towns Mohelnice, Uničov and Zabreh. The thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part comprises two chapters, the first one contains the definition of the concepts relating to this issue and the second one characterizes the background of each information centre separately. The practical part is composed of the structured methodology of work. First of all, I described the preparatory and implementation phase of my research. Secondly, I analysed the levels, availability and services of the chosen information centres and finally, I gave an account of their mutual comparison. Using the methods of observation and opinion poll, I obtained the necessary information needed to make the analysis. The survey was conducted in four phases which are described in my Bachelor's thesis in detail. The results of the research are analyzed and graphically illustrated in graphs and positional maps. The last chapter contains the results, proposals and recommendations which I have worked out on the basis of my expertise up to now and of my subjective views, which should help to improve the quality level of all three information centres.
