Abstract

This bachelor´s work is dealing with problems of measurements of customers´ satisfaction. The aim of my work was to find how customers have been satisfied with SW HORRY, a.s. company. My work is divided into seven chapters. The whole first chapter is a characteristics of the company, its foundation, a structure of the company, main activities, its products, SWOT analysis and macroeconomics and micro-econonomics. The next chapter is refers to terms which are connected to customers´ satisfaction. In the following part there is described a way of realisation of my whole measurements. The fifth chapter includes the analysis of customers´ satisfaction. There are evaluated all answers of customers working with this software. In the next chapter there are suggestions and recommendations for the company how to increase satisfaction of customers. The last chapter is a conclusion.
