Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a house - an apartment building in Opava. The basis for the elaboration of this work was a study from the subject Project I. The aim was to create a new development in Opava. The concept was to create living space. It is an apartment building, which contains a total of ten housing units. The apartment house is located in Opava. It is a detached building situated in a built-up area. The apartment building has five floors above ground and one underground floor. The function of the underground floor is conceived as a cellar space and a space for the technical background of the building. From the point of view of the load-bearing structure, it is a brick building made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The roof is designed as a double-skin pitched. The diploma thesis is divided into a text and a drawing part. The text part is prepared according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Act No. 62/2013 Coll. The diploma thesis also includes thermal engineering assessment of perimeter structures, static calculation of the staircase and energy label of the building envelope.
