Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the system of recruitment and selection of employees in a selected organization Zenta Production, s.r.o In the theoretical part of the thesis defines the basic steps in the process of recruitment and the subsequent selection of employees. The practical part specifies analyzed the organization and its current system of recruitment and selection. The following part of the practical part is devoted to suggestions for the process of recruitment and selection of employees for both technical-economic position and for the working position. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the current system of recruitment and selection of employees at Zenta Production, s.r.o. and propose a more suitable system for the stated company.
