Abstract

This bachcelor work is enagaged in questions of employee benefits in production area. The aim is presented the issue by the lay in the Slovak republic. An emphasis is given on the tax and insurance duty of emploees and employers. The first part includes a characteristic of emploee benefits, their division, importance and low affect. The second part investigates the employee benefit system in two companies in production area. The third part analyses the systems of the employee benefits in this companies and offer a solution.
