Abstract

This diploma thesis explains the concept of quality and the concept of excellence and further discusses the management system in the certification body. The main subject of this diploma thesis is the application of EFQM Model 2020 to the environment of the certification body. The aim of this diploma thesis is to define the findings using self-assessment methods and propose subsequent recommendations.
