Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the problem concerning the assignment of claims. In other words, it focuses on changes of subject commitments. More precisely, it concerns a changeover on the creditor´s side. The thesis analyses legal regulations of the assignment of claims in accordance with the valid Civil Code, and it deals with possible discrepancies. The application is performed on assignment of claims cases which have appeared in the past. A great part of the thesis is created by solutions to these cases, a comparison of its particular relationships and the analysis of a recent case of the assignment of claims.
