Finanční analýza podniku STS-V Opava, s.r.o.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis avaluates financial situation of company STS-V Opava, s.r.o. in the period 2006-2009. Selected financial indiators and models were used for the evaluation. In the theoretical port, resource needed to compile the financial analysis are describet. Also some individual concepts are described here: absolut ratios, differential ratios,ratio analyser, bancruptcy models and solvency models. In the practical port of the thesis, indiviudual specific models are applied to data obtained from balance, income statement and cash flow. The absolut indicators are represented by horizontal and vertical analysis. The differential characteristics are represented by indicator net working capital. Ratios are used most offen. From theres financial stability ratios, profitability ratios, activity ratios and liquidity ratios were used. In bancruptcy models is represented IN index, for the calculation of solvency Kraliceks test is chosen.
