Abstract

In my work, I focus on decision analysis in Arcelormittal Ostrava in the shipping department. My goal is to compare and evaluate the best alternative for transportation of steel coils to optimizme SHIMMNS cars to Italy. I have established the decision analysis on the basis of internal company data. I adjusted the unknown quantity and calculate that multiple to protect the date of AMO from the competition. Based on these data, I created two best alternatives in terms of time and cost. Decision analysis will increase the turnover of AMO steel coils and reduce inventories, as shipments will be made faster and invoice will be billed more quickly.
