Komparace vybraných druhů alkohol testerů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the methods of detecting alcohol in the body, especially the analysis of the presence of alcohol in the breath. In addition the first part describes other methods of alcohol detection, including its properties and effects on the human organism. Furthermore, its distribution and processing in the body. In the second part, the theoretical description of the disposable, electrochemical and semiconductor alcohol tester is mentioned. It contains practical trials of individual types of testers, their mutual comparison and analysis of the possibilities of influencing the measurement result. The preparation and course of measurements and their overall evaluation are described.
