Analýza územní samosprávy se zaměřením na čerpání dotací

Abstract

The goal of diploma thesis is a complex analysis of the basic units of local government – municipality. In the theoretical part the position of local government within the public is characterized as well as its formation, legislation, basic principles and structure to municipalities and counties. The basis of the successful functioning of individual local governments is a reflection of optimal funding. It consists in effective managing own property, making budget and using of external funding sources, especially non-repayable funds – grants. The practical part consists of a complex analysis of these findings in the municipality Nedachlebice. After a brief description of the village, by the SWOT analysis, are identified strengths and weaknesses and define opportunities for the community that could be of benefit, and which in turn mean danger. From outputs of the SWOT analysis was compiled by a survey for local residents. It was focused on their satisfaction in selected areas, as well as the deficiencies in the village and also their requirement for further improvements in their place of residence. After evaluating the questionnaire was designed solution. It consisted of realization of the selected object by inhabitants and then followed the finding of convenient alternative to ensure its funding through non-repayable funds. Information based on territorial analysis provide a basis to local authority in this village.
