Hodnocení efektivnosti konkrétní investice

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of investment in XY Ltd. It is an evaluation of investment, where the main subject is the purchase of a new crane, which is a constant demand. Evaluation is performed using selected dynamic methods and two variants of property depreciation are compared. In the bachelor thesis the theoretical basis of investment decision making are mentioned first. Then the chapter describing the selected company follows. The fourth chapter contains the evaluation of the investment efficiency, in which the evaluation is carried out using the methods of net present value, profitability index, internal rate of return and discount payment time for all financing options (equity financing, credit and leasing). Finally, sensitivity analysis is performed.
