Výroba sedáku pro automobil z polymerního kompozitu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the production process of a shell car seat. The review focuses on applied materials, manufacturing processes and also describes competing solutions. The experimental part describes the manufacturing process of the seat shell for a prototype vehicle. The manufacturing process includes the realization of the mould, its surface treatment, lamination and the modifications necessary for seating in the vehicle. At the end of the thesis, an indicative overview of the production costs is given.
