Analýza procesu vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this thesis was to analyze education process in company ArcelorMittal Tubular Products a.s., focused on techno-economic employees of the Sale department, and to propose recommendations to improve the employees systematic education and development.

In this thesis has been used method of interrogation, interview and study of internal materials, which were provided to author by company management. The analysis technique of the survey and semistructured interview, has been used.

Based on realized analysis of education process were done for examined company specific proposed recommendations by author, which is mainly realating to planning and realization phases of education process, for example to extend time lenght of selected training courses, to increase amount of investment on employees education and development or make consideration of starting internal lectors training program.
